PayPal auto-cancel a profile if they cannot link the recurring payments to a card in the customer's setup.

And they then have to unfortunately cancel the plan.

 

These are the steps the customer needs to follow to rectify their setup, and link the correct card.

Then customer can try to place order again - and this next time, the plan will not be auto-cancelled.

 

Steps

  • Login to PayPal
  • Click 'settings'
  • Click 'payments'
  • Click 'manage automatic payments'
  • Click 'set available funding sources'

 

They will then see the credit card and/or bank card that's linked to their a/c setup.

They need to ensure the correct card is residing here, and then select them for the recurring payments to work.



Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns incur a processing fee of 10% of item value.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund upon a receipt being produced for this cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS INCUR A FEE. It is recommended that careful selection is made prior to check out. Cancellation of an order incurs a 10% restocking and admin fee. Fee is 20% if the item is a specially made hand made item.
LAY-BUY VIA PAYPAL CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMERS INCUR A CANCELLATION or TERMINATION FEE.
This fee will be up to and including 20% (or full deposit paid) dependant on time passed. This includes storage fees, administration fees and time spent by us packing and or making your order.
Lay-buy's cancelled by ourselves due to our reasons, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid towards the lay-buy including any deposit amount.
